In November of 2016, the Seven Springs 146.835- repeater was converted to DMR, and removed from WAN. At the same time the 443.925+ PL 123 UHF repeater (co-located with 146.835) was totally rebuilt and put on the WAN system in the place of 146.835. Internet was established to the Seven Springs tower site in November of 2014 with help from Elaine – K3EMM and Scott – N3XCC. This was a long awaited and expensive upgrade which pipes Internet some 22.8 miles keeping the Seven Springs site on the local network.
